The important stuff!

- You must be able to walk long distances without assistance and be medically capable of a week-long trip. We do not have the ability to meet the needs of individuals who have medical conditions. We cannot guarantee to meet special dietary requirements.

 - Travel Insurance and Health Insurance is required as fees are non-refundable and in case of emergencies. It is your responsibility to check updates on your country of origin and Portugal’s requirements for entry documentation. Here are three sites I highly recommend:

​HOW TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE

Reserve your space at least two weeks in advance of your desired trip date by contacting me at email – annikasandberg9@gmail.com with your desired dates and contact information. If you will be in the Algarve, contact me for special arrangements.

I will forward you an invoice with bank details.

​HOW TO PAY

Payment in full is due at time of reservation.

Your space is not held or reserved until payment in full is received.

Payment to be made by bank wire transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Terms

Once booked your reservation fee is not refundable. Should cancellation occur I would provide you with whatever documentation you need to submit to your travel insurance company for reimbursement.

Because I reserve my full attention for you during this time and I reserve hotel rooms, activities, and my colleagues’ time, I have found that a strict cancellation is necessary to ensure that this is right for my clients as well as for my work.
