HOW TO RESERVE YOUR SPACE

RESERVE YOUR SPACE at least two weeks in advance of your desired trip date by contacting me at email – annikasandberg9@gmail.com - with your desired dates and contact information.

I will forward you an invoice with bank details.

If you have plans to be in the Algarve, please contact me for special arrangements.

HOW TO PAY

​

PAYMENT IN FULL is due at time of reservation. Your space is not held or reserved until payment in full is received. Payment to be made by bank wire transfer.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION TERMS Once booked your reservation fee is not refundable. Should cancellation occur I would provide you with whatever documentation you need to submit to your travel insurance company for reimbursement.

Because I reserve my full attention for you during this time and I reserve hotel rooms, activities, and my colleagues’ time, I have found that a strict cancellation is necessary to ensure that this is right for my clients as well as for my work.
